The Analytical Center “Socioconsulting” is a team of highly qualified experts with over a decade of experience in conducting sociological and marketing research. The organization implements both full-cycle studies — from developing methodology to preparing practical recommendations — as well as individual components, including analytical and advocacy support.

Services

Team training — analysis of communication needs, training on building a modern communication strategy, content creation, social media management, and audience engagement.

Technical support — Facebook page audit (deleting an inactive page with the same name to which access was lost), updating the organization’s Google Maps pin, and testing tools for audience interaction.

The training included several key modules:

analysis of current communications and definition of target audiences;
fundamentals of modern communication for the civic sector;
effective social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn);
content creation — formats, frequency, key messages, and visual identity;
audience engagement and interaction algorithms;
overview of relevant digital tools and practical recommendations;
content plan development and presentation of final materials.

The process of deleting the outdated Facebook page took more than a month and a half — the UA Voice team maintained continuous communication with Meta Support through multiple channels (technical requests, correspondence, and ownership verification forms). Following this, the page was officially removed and the active profile optimized.

We also updated the Google Maps location and tested interaction tools for improved communication with followers.
