Civil Society Initiatives
Independent Ukraine: A Global Narrative

Ideas shape the future — especially those born in times of struggle. The project “Independent Ukraine: A Global Narrative” aims to return Ukrainian statehood thought to the global intellectual space through the translation and dissemination of Mykola Mikhnovsky’s foundational work.
The project is implemented in partnership with the charitable foundation Glory UA, which develops initiatives in the fields of culture, historical memory, and support for Ukraine’s defense capabilities.

The goal of the project is to shape an accurate historical narrative about Ukraine, counter distorted perceptions, and strengthen engagement with Ukrainian communities abroad.
What can be supported within the project
- Translation of the book into other languages
- Printing and international distribution
- Organization of presentations and public events abroad
- Communication support and promotion
- Building partnerships with universities and institutions
The world still often perceives Ukraine through a post-Soviet narrative. At the same time, Ukrainian statehood thought has deep roots and its own intellectual tradition.
Mikhnovsky’s work is a clearly articulated political position that explains the right of Ukrainians to their own state and Ukraine’s place within the European space.
Returning this text to the global context is about working with ideas that shape the future.
Postrussia
Curator: Stanislav Fedorchuk
The world is changing, and so is the geopolitical map. Postrussia is a media project aimed at exploring and explaining key transformations in the post-imperial space. We strive to help our audience understand the potential disintegration of the Russian Federation, delve deeper into the roots of contemporary challenges, their impact on global security, economy, and culture, and propose scenarios for the future development of this region.

What You Can Support in the “Postrussia” Project
Equipping a Video Recording Studio
Your support will help us create a modern studio to produce high-quality analytical content. We need:
- Cameras and equipment for professional recording.
- Microphones and audio equipment for clear sound.
- Lighting to create comfortable filming conditions.
- A workspace setup for the team.
Video Post-Production
We aim to make every video not only insightful but also visually appealing. Financial support is needed for:
- Editing video materials.
- Developing infographics, animations, and captions.
- Sound design and audio quality enhancement.
YouTube Channel Management
We want our channel to be accessible and user-friendly for the audience. Funds will go toward:
- Regular content publishing.
- Comment moderation and audience engagement.
- Optimizing videos for YouTube algorithms.
Promotion of the Channel and Project
To ensure our analytical content reaches the maximum number of viewers, we plan to:
- Promote videos through targeted YouTube advertising.
- Advertise the project on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Attract new audiences through special campaigns with other media outlets and experts.
Military Mobilization for Signum
Curator: Unit Commander
Signum — is a cutting-edge military unit that revolutionized combat tactics by successfully deploying FPV kamikaze drones for the first time. Established as a volunteer squad in February 2022, Signum has a heroic history of defending Kyiv and key strategic locations during the active phase of the invasion. Today, the unit is forming its own battalion within the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Volodymyr Monomakh.

Social Media Recruitment
- SMM management for the unit on Facebook and Instagram.
- Developing and producing high-quality video content to inspire new volunteers to join Signum, highlighting the unit’s technological and innovative edge.
Social Media Advertising Campaign
- Targeted advertising to reach the maximum number of potential recruits.
- Promoting videos and posts that motivate individuals to join in defending Ukraine.
Merchandise for the Unit
- Designing and producing branded clothing and accessories for unit members.
- Using merchandise to popularize Signum among the public.
Promotional Materials
- Distributing materials during public events, at recruitment centers, and other points of contact.
- Producing leaflets, brochures, and posters to effectively inform about the battalion’s recruitment campaign.

Pravotvorets
Curator: Olha Sydii
“Правотворець” — is a human rights initiative dedicated to defending freedom, justice, and the rule of law in Ukraine. The initiative focuses on analyzing high-profile cases, building a database of perpetrators, organizing media and public advocacy, and disseminating high-quality materials to raise societal awareness.
Currently led by Olha Sydii, co-founder of UA Voice, alongside a dedicated volunteer team, the project has recently undergone significant updates: a refreshed organizational branding, registration as an online media outlet, a revamped website, and active SMM support.
We welcome your help in continuing this vital mission.
